You can do this easily in your Partner Suite, whether on the road or on your desktop. The Partner Suite is the foundation for your success. Here you can:

1. Logo Upload
In the first step you can upload your company logo. Please make sure that the logo is in the right size, file format and good quality. Allowed file formats and sizes for the logo are: JPG, PNG; min 600px.
2. Image gallery
A picture gallery compiled by you is displayed on your public myWorld company profile. Using drag and drop, you can easily upload the best photos of your company/service. The more appealing the pictures are, the more attention you will get from your Shoppers.
3. Search criteria
On our online platforms, myWorld Shoppers can use keywords to find the right Partners for them. To ensure that your company appears in the right categories and for the relevant search terms in this search, we have already stored some common search entries that are suitable for you. In addition, you also have the possibility to enter your own keywords.
4. Short description
The short description of your company is displayed in the search results in the Partner search. Explain in less than 250 characters which products/services make your company special. Make sure to keep this description as simple as possible to convince your customers at first sight.
5. Description
Here you can write a longer text in addition to the short description and go into more detail about the benefits of your business. This description will be displayed on your Partner detail page. Please do not include opening hours and Cashback and Shopping Point values in this description.
6. Important information
For example, if your company only grants shopping Benefits under certain circumstances, or if there are circumstances in which no shopping Benefits are granted, please indicate this here. If you do not need to specify any special notes for your company, you can also leave the field blank.
7. Locations and my details
Here you can add the address and opening hours of your company location (if you have several locations, these may of course differ: click on "Add new location" and enter the individual data of your additional locations here). Under "My details" you can store your website and social media links so that your customers can easily find you on these platforms as well. Additionally, Google Maps can be implemented here. Search for your company location on Google Maps and click ‘Share’. This will give you a link, which you can now copy into the corresponding input field.
8. Delivery service
If your company offers a delivery service, let your Shoppers know about it! Activate this option here to make this information visible on your myWorld company page. Here you can also add independent opening hours and external Partners for your delivery service.
9. Advertising banner
Draw additional attention to yourself and upload an advertising banner. Upload it under the item "Advertising banner" and it will appear on your Partner detail page. Please make sure to provide the correct file format and size (max. 730x400). Already uploaded banners can be removed and renewed at any time - so you have the possibility to exchange your banners as you like.
10. My documents
In this section you can share special announcements with your customers. For example, you can upload price lists, event calendars or similar information. Valid file types are: PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG. You can also remove your uploaded documents at any time, for example if they are out of date.
11. Source code logo package
Here you will find myWorld logos, which you can use for various promotional purposes. On the one hand, we have created a source code for you, which you can implement in your homepage using HTML code. In addition, you will find the logo in a high-resolution format for your point of sale to print out and the official myWorld email signature for your corporate communications to download.
